After 3 or more days at your conference it is time to let your hair down, a little.
Gala and award nights are the epitome of elegance and celebration.
From the red carpet arrivals to the emotional acceptance speeches, our photos encapsulate the excitement, prestige, and camaraderie of the evening.
With each shot, I strive to preserve the memories and milestones that make gala and award nights unforgettable.
Booking Fee & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your corporate shoot. Your date and time are secured once this payment has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the booking for any reason, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will incur the full session fee, as it is unlikely that the date can be rebooked.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If notice of at least 7 days is provided, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date within three months of the original booking, subject to photographer availability. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Accessibility: Ensure the venue is easily accessible for all attendees, including those traveling by public transport or driving. Consider nearby hotels, airports, and parking facilities.
Capacity and Layout: Choose a venue that can comfortably accommodate your expected number of attendees. Ensure it has flexible layouts to suit your conference needs, such as breakout rooms, exhibition space, and networking areas.
Amenities and Services: Look for a venue that offers essential amenities like Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, catering services, and on-site support. These features are crucial for a smooth and successful event.

PAYMENT
Once you have accepted your quote, I will invoice you for your 30% non refundable booking fee.
Your balance is due the week before the event. Any extra hours over the quoted amount will incur an additional invoice.
POST PRODUCTION
After your event or conference is complete, I will cull, edit, backup and upload your files to the cloud.
These stay online for 6 months. The total number images delivered will vary based on the size of your event.
