Team Photos
For team photos, we just need a bit of space and room to work so everyone fits comfortably in frame.
I’ll help choose the best spot on the day to keep things easy, relaxed and efficient while still getting great results.
If there isn’t a suitable space available on-site, I can also suggest a simple studio setup to ensure we still get clean, professional images.
Booking Fee & Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your company headshot pricing. Your date and time are secured once this payment has been received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For individual headshots, full payment is due to secure a date.
ALL individual headshots must be paid in full before a date is secured.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the booking for any reason, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will incur the full session fee, as it is unlikely that the date can be rebooked.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If notice of at least 7 days is provided, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date within three months of the original booking, subject to photographer availability. If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited.
