AI Headshots - Terms & Conditions.

AI Headshots is a professional image enhancement service using a combination of advanced AI tools and manual retouching. Clients supply their own images, which are edited to create polished, professional headshots. This service does not include a photoshoot.

 

Acceptance of Terms

Engaging AI Headshots by Lisa Lent Photography confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Booking Fee & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to commence work on all AI Headshot orders.

  • Editing will not begin until the booking fee has been received.

  • The remaining balance is payable prior to final image delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The booking fee covers time allocated, preparation, image review, and initial editing work. As this is a customised service, the booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once work has commenced.

Image Supply & Quality

  • Clients are responsible for supplying suitable images.

  • While guidance is provided, results depend on the quality, lighting, focus and composition of the original photos.

  • Images that are heavily blurred, extremely low resolution, poorly lit, or obstructed may limit the final outcome.

Lisa Lent Photography reserves the right to decline images that are unsuitable for professional results.

Artistic Style & Realism

  • All edits aim to maintain a natural, professional appearance.

  • Extreme alterations or unrealistic changes may be declined to protect image integrity and brand quality.

  • Final images reflect Lisa Lent Photography’s editing style and professional judgement.

  •  

 

Revisions & Changes

  • Each order includes up to three (3) reasonable revision requests.

  • Revisions may include adjustments to background, lighting balance, retouching strength, or minor styling refinements.

  • Additional revision requests beyond the included three will incur an additional fee, quoted prior to further work being undertaken.

Major changes (such as changing images, significant wardrobe alterations, or style direction changes after delivery) may be considered a new order.

Turnaround Time

  • Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days, depending on the package selected and workload.

  • Rush delivery may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

Usage Rights

  • Final images are supplied with a licence for personal and commercial use, including LinkedIn, websites, marketing, and corporate materials.

  • Lisa Lent Photography retains copyright to all images.

  • Images may be used by Lisa Lent Photography for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the custom nature of this service, refunds are not available once editing has commenced.

  • If you are dissatisfied, reasonable revisions will be offered within the scope of the service.
